Mission
To train qualified individuals with education and research activities, to contribute to the society, region and country by producing science and technology, Sinop University took on a mission:
- to expand its qualified teaching staff day by day and to provide the infrastructure and materials needed by researchers
- to conduct research by observing ethical values and to contribute to science and art at a universal level
- with a sense of social responsibility, it is committed to providing services that are sensitive to the problems of the country, observe the public interest, integrate with the city where it lives, and contribute to the development and improvement of the region.

- To strengthen the research infrastructure needed by researchers such as laboratories, libraries and workshops,
- Encouraging faculty members to provide more support in the sector through collaborations such as consultancy practices etc,
- To contribute to the development of the country’s entrepreneurial infrastructure by encouraging the establishment of new companies and enterprises,
- To increase outputs such as patents, utility models, copyrights, etc. produced from research projects with high added value.
